Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that the use of inflatable bounce houses and water slides carries inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury from falls, collisions, or improper use of the equipment. I assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damages that may occur during the use of the equipment.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Bounce Brigade LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss arising from my use of the bounce house or water slide.
Damage to Equipment: I agree to be financially responsible for any damage to the bounce house, water slide, or other rented equipment caused by misuse, neglect, vandalism, or destruction. This includes, but is not limited to, any intentional or accidental destruction or damage beyond normal wear and tear. I understand that I will be charged for any repairs or replacement costs.
Supervision: I agree to provide adequate supervision for all users of the equipment to ensure it is used safely and according to the guidelines provided by Bounce Brigade LLC I will ensure that no users exceed the recommended capacity limits for the equipment.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bounce Brigade LLC from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with my use of the equipment.
Weather and Safety Conditions: I understand that the Company may cancel or suspend the use of the bounce house or water slide in the event of severe weather conditions, including high winds, rain, or electrical storms. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
By agreeing to this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
